How to remove your data from OneUCS

OneUCS uses Meta's API to provide Instagram automation services. If you no longer wish to use OneUCS and want to completely remove your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data from our systems, you can do so by following these simple steps:

Method 1: Remove via Facebook Settings (Recommended)

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click on Settings, then scroll down to Security and Login.
  3. Click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Find "OneUCS" in the list of active apps.
  5. Click Remove. This will instantly revoke our access and automatically trigger a data deletion request to our servers.

Method 2: Manual Request

You can also request complete deletion of your account and all associated Meta data by contacting our data protection team directly:

  • Email: contact@oneucs.in
  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
  • Please include the email address associated with your OneUCS account. We will process the deletion and erase all your data within 3-5 business days.
