  • Usage Data: Telemetry data on how you interact with our AI tools, training modules, and platform features.
  • Payment Information: We do not store your credit card or UPI details. All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.
  • Instagram Data: To provide automated messaging services, we process Instagram user IDs, usernames, and direct message contents. This data is strictly used to trigger AI automated replies and is not used for any other purpose.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is the fuel that powers your sovereign experience. We use it to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the OneUCS ecosystem.
  • Process your transactions and manage your affiliate matrix payouts.
  • Send security alerts, system updates, and support messages.

3. Data Security & Storage

We implement enterprise-grade security measures. Your profile data and digital assets are stored securely on Firebase cloud infrastructure. We use strict Firestore security rules to ensure that your data is only accessible to you and authorized system operations.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share necessary data with trusted third-party services exclusively for platform operations, such as:

  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For hosting, database, and authentication.
  • Meta/Facebook: We use Meta Graph APIs strictly for enabling Instagram messaging automation.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. User Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, cancel your automation services, or remove any data associated with your Instagram interactions, you can request complete data deletion by emailing us at contact@oneucs.in. We will process your request and permanently erase your data from our active servers within 7 business days.
